Two fashionable girlfriends hitting an empty street with a rental car and nowhere to go. It is the pursuit of happiness narrated by photographer Mateu Rabell and his team. He captures the voyage of two best friends, model Àurea Dominguez and Paula Felices, towards their liberation from the dullness of ordinary life. Breaking the monotony to be free, to express openly and to live lightly, because ‘’lightness is not superficiality, it is gliding on things from above, n ot having boulders on the heart’’ said Italo Calvino. The colourful looks by stylist Clàudia Cervós Aranda and her assistants Irene Bertran and Jean David Nicolas, together with the natural makeup by Belen López, bring us back to the ’70s vibes when loose knit sweaters were all the rage.
