Pearl Charles

"Pearl Charles" is the title of this editorial, shot by Fanny Chu, with a layout by Beatrice Panero, and it is also the name of its protagonist. Pearl wears a Groovy Daze outfit, as she plays the role of a modern cowgirl, with studs, fringes, gloves and a wide-brimmed hat.

The setting is reminiscent of a modernized Far West, with typical elements of the past and some glimpses of the present, such as the skyscraper that emerges in one of the first photos. Pearl takes off the role of the cowgirl, and wears a floral dress with lace sleeves, which almost looks like a vest. A light and casual outfit, which corresponds to a change of lights, which are warmer and more subdued. The girl can be aggressive and strong like a cowgirl, but also delicate and feminine. Dualism is the real protagonist of this editorial.
