“Be like water my friend” is the title of this editorial shot by Bea Gonzalez and Ester G. Mera, who also curates the graphic design. The title is inspired by a famous Bruce Lee’s quote about evolving and changing.

The fashion film is directed by Ester G. Mera, with the help of camera operator Andrea Alonso. Styling is by Maria Fall, with the assistance of Icia Vazquez. Everything is coordinated by editor Sergio Jacinto.

In the film models Dario Argibay and Aliou Gueye find themselves in a city environment, which recalls the setting of a videogame. The two boys are playing in the street, imitating a fight. What is striking, however, is the overlapping of settings: on the one hand the reality, represented by the two boys spending together an ordinary afternoon, on the other the fiction, the video game, which sees some firefighters putting out a fire as protagonists. It is not clear what is real and what is not. "Be like water my friend" is a hymn to metamorphosis, to the intertwining of reality and fiction, to the mixture of courage, strength and simplicity.
