“Wasting hours, flowers” is the title of this editorial shot by Isaac Calpe, with the styling by Maria Baten, helped by assistant Zuzi Sayi. Layout is by Francesca Rongioletti.

In this series of photos, models Albert, Militsa and Tristan are elastic bodies, which play to pose, like they are following the steps of a choreography. In a setting that changes from neutral to fiery red, the boys play with the lens, interacting with the few objects on the scene: a lit candle, glasses. The clothing is simple: there are Calvin Klein jeans, a Luis Pacheco dress and numerous vintage pieces. The make-up, created by the make-up artist Anastasiia Babii, is quite simple but has colorful details: shades of pink on the cheekbones for girls, green for boys. Someone has a decorative diamond.

The feeling you get from looking at these photos is one of lightness, simplicity, in a world that, perhaps, has lost its essence and meaning.
