Wouldn't you love to touch a friend?
In the age of social distancing, in which touching individuals, friends or strangers who they are, can be not only dangerous, but even illegal, touch has been the most penalized and desirable sense of this pandemic.
It is a dream, a desire, a wish, a way to summarize the expression of many feelings without the need to verbalize them: from love to gratitude, from nostalgia to fear, from friendship to affect.
“Wouldn’t you love to touch a friend?” is the title of this editorial, in which the model Sooya is ideally able to manifest all the emotions and the hope to get closer to an old way to communicate with others, through gestures.
Each shot, curated by photographer Knag Sang Uk, is in perfect harmony with the styling by Choi Yoon seok, which matches with every movement and pose of the model as if she was dancing. Polka dots and stars on the face of the protagonist, the result of Lee Eun Seo's hairstyle and make-up, are the emblem of joy and hope for a future made of caresses.
