That Saturday Before

Ever feel stuck in the constant cycle of boredom? Well think again, Claudia Campoli and Alice Farri’s That Saturday before tells us otherwise. Nadia Rhanbouri’s production takes us on a journey in the fight against boredom, a world saved of freedom, grasping for any moment of fun. The styling juxtaposition of freedom through the 70’s inspired outdoor lifestyle versus the entrapped royalty teaches us that the state of boredom is reversible through modes Arianna Panieri and Eduardo Cavrini. The idea of death from boredom can’t exist when we have the power to create our own freedom. This world is ours to take charge off, we make our own pathway, our own destiny and with that comes our freedom in which we all deserve. The world my seems dull and grey until we open our eyes. The soundtrack by Jiz and Sethu, and voiceovers by Daniele Ferrari and Valentina Lugli transport us through, the individuals adventures. We, as a humanity don’t realise the power that we hold and how we can change the smallest of details but changing our own attitude. The world will not be a place of freedom filled with bursts of colour and joyous emotions, if we don’t look at the world in this perspective, we must reprogram ourselves. If we learn one thing from this, don’t have a Saturday like the one before, always aim to better.
