Cultural diet of algorithmic suggestions

Our lives are controlled by algorithms, telling us what is most popular, what we like, what should inspire, what we should and shouldn’t see. Constantly being drip fed the ideologies of who we’re supposed to be and what we’re supposed to believe. Photography by Mike Ivnitsky explores an unbound life, represented by model Polya’s body. A free state. No longer bound to the normalities of life, the rules and regulations set in front of us. We will become open and care free.

An unshackled being, a life truly your own. We give all our power away to meaningless objects, and throw our power into the hand of people who do not care for us the way we should care about ourselves. We must bring ourself back to reality, the true reality. Not the reality our ego tells us, not following in lines of the rules, not the mundane setting we keep finding ourselves stuck in. Follow in Polya’s and remove every ounce that is ruled by algorithmic suggestions. Do not become another number in a long series of algorithms that are repeating through life. Break that mould and become free.
