How was Lagriffe Bijoux born?

As a representative of stationery and souvenirs I started my own business, I started from scratch, first as a wholesaler and then as a craftsman, with a limited investment. Almost immediately I also involved my children, who believed in me and in the potential of my vision.


From generation to generation, what would you like to deliver?

The transformation has already taken place and is still in progress, all three of my children work together, they are the future, now with their ideas and dreams.


And how important is it for you to pass it on to your children and relatives?

It is critical. It is the very nature of the beginning of this activity and it is vital for its continuation, without this step nothing would make sense.


Do you think that is the reason Lagriffe works?

Absolutely, it is thanks to this family mix that it works.


But it's not just a matter of making objects, is it?

Every year we try to imagine and create something beautiful and a source of inspiration for us and for those who choose our products.


In the 90's the vision of costume jewelery changed with the insertion of assembly products, the difference was made on the basis of quality and not quantity, do you think?

It is the basis of our belief.


The workmanship certainly influenced the final production, do you think the design and creativity work paid off?

If it weren't for that, we wouldn't have existed for some time, even the public has changed, looking more and more for detail and novelty.


By the way, do you think there could be a common thread that has led you to success?

Creativity, seriousness and complete customer service (both retailer and private), guaranteeing repairs and assistance even years later.


When design is combined with simplicity, what comes out?

Made in Brescia, as we often say.


When did you realize that it could go beyond national borders?

Thanks to trade fairs, we have discovered new potential. We are chosen by foreign customers because we make a good product and we are able to produce and sell it professionally. Often ten-year relationships are also established because they find trust and collaboration in us with which it is pleasant and advantageous to work.


Generation after generation, what do you think has distinguished you?

Quality, creativity, innovation, research. We create lines, shapes and colors from scratch, always focusing on uniqueness and our creative growth. But above all, our team, always ready to work hard to persecute the best.
